What is your refund policy?
Sealed products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 7 days, sealed products returned within 14 days of purchase will be accepted as exchange only. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns made after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
How can I get the vinyl records after I order from your store online?
We can ship the vinyl records to you through carefully packed, vinyl specific mailers. Or you may pickup the item at the Finch location once you received our confirmation email, free of charge.
Can we come to your store to look at the vinyl records in person?
We are part of the Haven Brews cafe, located at 222 Finch Ave. West, Unit 101, North York.

At Flow Records, we are a small, independent record store and we have the challenge of limited physical space presents and do our best to keep our inventory fresh and exciting by rotating selections regularly. Additionally, as we operate across multiple platforms, there can occasionally be slight delays in inventory synchronization. We are continually working on improving this aspect to enhance your shopping experience.
