Return Policies

New Records

We will gladly accept any returns and offer a full refund or store credit on any unopened new records within 7 days of purchase. We will accept returns via curb side pickup at our location during business hours. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping costs. After 7 days, sealed products returned within 14 days of purchase will be accepted as exchange only. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns made after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.

If you suspect a defect in your vinyl record, please contact us immediately. We invite you to bring the record to our store for testing on our turntable. Should the record prove to be defective, we will gladly exchange the record for you.

Please be aware that minor surface noise, crackles, scuffs, and pops are typical characteristics of new vinyl records and do not indicate a defect or damage. These sounds often result from static or dust accumulated during the manufacturing process. We recommend cleaning all records with a dry carbon fibre brush before each playback to achieve optimal sound quality. In some instances, a wet cleaning may be necessary for the best results.

We are not accountable for the pressing quality of the records, as these standards are determined by the manufacturers. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your record, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly.


Vintage Records

If the product you've received is inaccurate or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges made after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase.
